Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 6/10?

Looks like you have adapted a pretty well balanced eating plan now that you are back on chewing some of your protein intake...Nice day, good choices ...Isn't tracking really great, the 1st week I did it I kept wondering if I was entering everything, cause like you I was surpised at what I thought was alot of food not adding up to tons of cals, even now when I look back at Sundays food I think wow I ate alot but it did not add up to alot - in reality for me now, it is alot, I was only able to put that much in because I spread out the eating time over about 45 minutes instead of my usual 20-25 minutes...
As for the head hunger, my evening cravings seem to center on sweet tastes, so I try to do a chocolate type protein frappachino as my last snack of the evening when the voices get bad - seems to help me...
If you want to try it, its easy to make:
1 cup chocolate milk ( I use carb countdown to kept down the carbs and sugars)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 a banana or 1 tbsp sf caramel topping
1 heaping tbsp decaf coffee crystals
4-5 icecubes
1 packet splenda
Hit it all in the blender ( I use my Bullet, great for personal size drinks)
and slurp it up, YUMMO ( to take a que from Rachel Ray)
