Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 6/10?

Hi Molly, Looks like you have adapted a pretty well balanced eating plan now that you are back on chewing some of your protein intake...Nice day, good choices ...Isn't tracking really great, the 1st week I did it I kept wondering if I was entering everything, cause like you I was surpised at what I thought was alot of food not adding up to tons of cals, even now when I look back at Sundays food I think wow I ate alot but it did not add up to alot - in reality for me now, it is alot, I was only able to put that much in because I spread out the eating time over about 45 minutes instead of my usual 20-25 minutes... As for the head hunger, my evening cravings seem to center on sweet tastes, so I try to do a chocolate type protein frappachino as my last snack of the evening when the voices get bad - seems to help me... If you want to try it, its easy to make: 1 cup chocolate milk ( I use carb countdown to kept down the carbs and sugars) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1/2 a banana or 1 tbsp sf caramel topping 1 heaping tbsp decaf coffee crystals 4-5 icecubes 1 packet splenda Hit it all in the blender ( I use my Bullet, great for personal size drinks) and slurp it up,  YUMMO ( to take a que from Rachel Ray) Great seeing your post, keep up the good work, see ya tomorrow...Alesia

Hi Sher, WoooWhooo...Take a bow, you had a fantastic day and exercise too... I enjoyed my weekend, thanks for asking...We have a new postie on accountability, goes by MeladyRN, she is looking for instructions on "how to" cut and paste the accountability from Fitday, thought I've seen you doing this in the past and that you might offer her some assistance...If you can help, pls look back at Thurs or Fri of last weeks accountability posting and reply to her with instructions...
