Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 6/10?
Hi Kerri, Okay consider your "grab " hand officially smacked, bad crackers, bad crackers ...You are right though the day looks pretty good overall, probably would have had higher protein numbers if the snack had not been carb oriented... I know sometimes I find myself snacking of stuff for no clear reason also...So far I have been able to reel myself in before I ate "the whole thing" of something I really wasn't wanting in the first place...It is hard figuring out the whys and whatfors - and very true about the surgery no fixing our heads...That's why I keep coming to OH, lots of good info and support to be found in the postings...For now just know that we all veer off the path sometimes, get up brush yourself off and get back on track, as you say, it is Monday, a new day and a fresh start, don't beat yourself up... B- ham and cheese omelette.
L- chicken and beef lunch meat cheese sandwich with no bread.
S- honeydew, watermellon medley about a cup and a half.
D- tri tip 2 oz. couple bites of a twice baked potato, and sf low carb... low fat cherry cheese cake
S- ice cream with protein..
calories 1188, fat 61, carbs 55, protein 96. Little low on protein but no exercise so I was trying to keep the cals lower today.
Have fun.. My son is home sick so I am with him today.

S - Hot Sugar Free Jello 1/2 cup of shelled pistachios Bed - Nectar Shake Plus: A bunch of water and CL. TOTALS = Cals - 952 Fat - 45 Carbs - 29 Protein - 116 This is my first time really, really tracking all of my food intake and I am shocked it didn't add up to more because it seemed between all the eating and drinking I was at it all day. At night I am having a hard time with head hunger. I am really happy with my ability to customize foods in fitday. Sounds like everyone is doing really well! Molly
