Hello to you too Carla, Looks like you had a really good food day on Saturday and yes that yardwork counts a exercise, do you know how much you burn bending, lifting, raking, mowing, weeding, etc...

This is a late post but I did pretty good Saturday so I figured I'd post my food (even if a little late) B: 1/2 cup eggbeaters, morningstar farm spicy black bean burger, grilled onions, and chopped tomato and a little bit of taco sauce  (this was a pretty good breakfast...) S:  4 strawberries L: pizza calzone S: 4 strawberries D: italian meatball sub with grilled onions S: slice pumpkin bread  (i know, I probably shouldn't of had this..but oh well) Calories -- 1382 Fat -- 60 Carbs -- 147 Protein -- 66  -- this number is soooo low..I never eat this low on protein.. It was an okay day..I'm glad I stuck within my calories.   Kerri
