Great Day Connie Fall is just around the corner, you'll be eating apples again before you know it...In the mean time, I know you and there is definately some good other fruit you will eat to fill the need ...And I did notice you are doing well on limiting your fruit ...Did you find Fitday easy to use, I like it pretty well, sometimes hard to get the whole list of ingredients for some of the more complex dishes I make, but do my best to just break it all down and get as close as possible to the right numbers... What movie did you see?  Was it good, don't get out too much to see movies in the theatre, but do rent video's, planning to watch Blood Diamonds and The Holiday while I'm laid up recovering this week... See ya tomorrow...Alesia

Hey, Cap'n!  You survived the weekend wonderfully!! You're right - I'm not having ANY trouble finding fruits to "replace" my apples !  And thanks for the compliment on limiting - it's not as bad as I had feared!  LOL We went to see "Mr. Brooks".  It was excellent!!!!  It had more humor than I expected - but was very intense!  I really liked it!  I, also, want to see both the movies you'll be watching.  Let me know how they are, k? Have a great day!!!!

Hugs,
Connie

Hi Mel, Nice to see you again today... for getting back on track and staying there for 2 weeks...One day at a time, you are in charge, you can do it... I personally do not know how to cut and past from Fitday, but SEL (aka Sher) has done it, I think, look for her to be in the replies in the next day or 2 and e-mail her directly for help, I think she can give you some instruction... See ya tomorrow in the postings...Alesia
