Thought I'd post this on this board instead of the main because I KNOW there would be newbies two days out trying to eat it.  This is good for those of you that have NUTs who keep hounding to add good carbs and fiber. Small packaged apples slices!!!  I got mine at Costco and they are tasty! 1 apple package 1-2 oz. cheese (I like the LandO'Lakes cheddar rectangles with this.) YUM! Also, I've tried the new All-Bran crackers.  Very good and full of fiber (very Wheat Thin like but much more fiber).

Sounds good!  I wish i could have apples but i dump on them due to the natural sugar.

I like those all-bran crackers too. They are good enough to add some crunch to a snack, but not good enough that I want to eat them alone.... and that's a good thing. Jeannie

I dump on them real bad because of natural sugar also. But you know what is good now before my surgery i tried them have not tried them since surgery. My mom was in the hospital and i tasted a little piece of her green apple man that was a BIG MISTAKE. But anyway try some sugar free jello cherry and cut up an apple put it in a zip lock back and shake it up taste just like a candy apple. I got it think from a lady named Mitz from hawii on here. It was soooooooooo good. but after surgery i could not do the apples.
