I had rny 4 years ago and since then I do not get hunger pains. No tummy growling here...Just an overall feeling like I need to eat something if it's been awhile since I last ate. I was just curious if this was a common occurance after having weightloss surgery
Hi- I am ony 18 months post op but have the same feeling. Just a general sense of I should eat.
At first I thought it was head hunger, but logic tells me my body is smart enough to remind me it needs a little energy:-)

Nope, not me, I get hungry like a normal person. Thing is, when I was so fat I really didnt LET myself get hungry. Since the surgery I have to think about the fact that being hungry isn't like pain, so I shouldn't panic to make it go away.
