Accountability - What did you eat, Friday 6/8?
I havent posted here before but I want to start being more accountable. How do you get the fitday info pasted into this site?
B- atikins shake
lge iced coffee w/half n half
L- scoop tuna salad w/ celery sticks, cucumber slices w/ranch dressing
S- (?8) cubed cheddar, (?10) little pepperoni slices, 2 strawberries, chunk of pineapple

Have had some trouble with grazing today being home, granted it is celery sticks w/dressing instead of cookies, etc. But I will work on it!

Welcome aboard the boat...I'm going to start calling it the "Love Me Boat" cause I love the new me and I want to keep it, so I'm posting accountabilty so I can take responsibility for what I do to myself ...
Grazing at home seems to be a big theme for many on this post, myself most definately, weekends are the biggest challenge I face in staying on program...So congrats on making good grazing choices...If you are going to graze celery is definately a better choice then cookies sf or not...
As for cutting and pasting the info from fitday, I think you should send a msg to SEL (Sher) who usually posts her message late in the evening - I believe she uses that feature to post the content of what she eats...
