Alright so I have been waiting all morning for your post.. I have news to share today. So you know I have been raising my calories so check out yesterdays totals.. ready

B- One cup of milk with protein

S- banana with 1 Tb pb

L- strawberry smoothie with 40 grams of protein

S- 2 protein balls (first time I have tried them.. not to bad)

D- 2 oz of pork chop, 5 bites of peas, .5 cup of yams

S- 1 serving of ice cream with half of scoop of protein in it.. (didnt taste bad at all adding that)

Totals 1305 calories, 42 fat, 91 carbs, and 132 protein.

Went back to using sparkpeople to figure out my input.. I found out I was actually eating closer to a thousand cals a day which wasnt good.. so now I Know I hit the mark with sparkpeople...

So I have not lost any weight in 1 1/2 months.. i flirted with 130 one time than went back up to 135 and have flutuated between 132 and 134 since. Today I got on the scale expecting to see an increase in weight... I actually lost weight.. YES.. LOSS.. I now weight 129.0.. can you believe that.. I guess the added calories is what my body wanted and kicked me back into loosing again.

I am gonna try and do the proteins at snacks like I did yesterday and eat more veggies and stuff at dinner.. I really enjoyed eating less meat than and having the yams and peas.

How does this one look Alesia... I am jumping for joy... thank you for all your help.

So I had another good day yesterday.  I'm just tickled..this is three days in a row now.  I feel pretty good too.  I'm shooting for another great day today.  Here's how yesterday looked. B: 20 oz sugar free caramel nonfat latte L: Thai Peanut Pork Roast and a salad that had lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, croutons, and italian dressing. S: half cup cherries S: half cup eggbeaters   (i was wanting to snack sooo bad in the afternoon but good thing I had some of these on hand) D: greek chicken penne (chicken, artichoke hearts, feta, tomatoes, and whole wheat pasta) and a tomato sliced with salt, pepper, oregano, and a little red wine vinegar S: 4 strawberries  (again I wanted to snack but ate these and felt better..) Calories -- 1261 Fat -- 48 Carbs -- 116 Protein -- 101 I am just so happy with these numbers.  I mean I was having serious cravings for snacks yesterday and I still managed over 100 grams protein and even low carbs (well for me anyways). Hope everyone else is having a great day. Kerri

Hello Girly Girl Connie, Yes, yes, yes, it is going to be great next year, less gas, less driving, less stress, less is definately more...Food choices looking good... Think cutting back is the best way to handle the fruit, it is not really bad for you and you really enjoy it, so have it in moderation and feel good about making a good choice... Don't you love the German chocolate, I have a direct pipeline connection since my best friend for the last 20 years lives over there and keeps me stocked up, best dark chocolate in the world comes from Europe ... Have a great evening...Alesia

Had a good day.
While watering my plants I noticed the tomato plants have started to really take off.
Today I finally got around to grooming my dog Bailey. He is a Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier. They have hair that grows like ours and can get quite matted if not brushed enough. He needed a good brushing and a haircut and nail trimming. Takes me several hours to get it all done. I know he is as glad as I am that it's done. He always runs and hides when I get the brush or sissors out.

Thank you Sher,

Words of encouragement are always greatly appreciated...Isn't it great to see the garden taking off, we have a ton of tomatoes on our plants, now they just need to ripen up nice and pretty so I can slurp them down with a little salt and pepper - Yum, yum ...I have a hairy little dog to, a Welsh Corgi, so much hair especially undercoat - you are way better than me though, I schedule grooming appts for her (much less painful for both of us when she has a spa day)... You had a good food day too...Keep up the great job ...Alesia
