Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 6/5?
I'm in a good mood today. My back is doing much better and I just feel pretty good mentally.
B - 1 c Cheerios w/2 T ground flax, 1 c ff milk, banana
S - nsa lf blueberry yogurt, AchievONE
L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 3 sf Werthers, 2 sf Dove chocolates
S - 1/4 cantalope, 7 lf cheese cubes, AchievONE
D - 3 oz salad w/lf TI dressing, 1/2 c ff cottage cheese w/2T sf strawberry jam mixed in, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie
S - 3 oz lf Pringles (was only going to have 1 oz like a good girl but was "mad" at hubby for losing more weight - stupid men!!)
Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 10 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes.

OKAY Connie,
Here's the problem as I see it - I can really relate to that remark about eating too many pringles 'cause of something a guy did and he probably isn't even really making an effort either ...So why do we let them work our nerve like that
Anyway, the food looks good, even with the Pringles after all at least they were LF...
