Hello out there !!! Hope everyone is doing fine as frog hair ...Beautiful day for me today, yesterday was nice also...Tonight is gym night, really like doing the water aerobics in the warm weather, pool feels good and I always get out feeling rejuvinated ... Here's my food, still need to work on the fat grams I get in, otherwise things are looking pretty good: B - 2 protein balls S - 4 oz cottage cheese       snak sizes sf jello L - 1 cup romaine, with 1/2 cup diced cukes, 1/4 dried fruit and nuts mix & 2 tbsps herb vinegrette        2.5 oz honey glazed grilled pork tenderloin D - 10 protein on the go S - 1 fried chicken wing       2 hush puppies       2 sf chewy chocolate cookies       ( was at my HOG meeting, they serve food, so I was picking) PLUS - 99 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea TOTALS =     Cals - 1292     Fat - 67     Carbs - 92     Protein - 95  Alesia

Hi everyone .  Well I had another good day yesterday.  Work's picked up a bit in the last week so I've been so busy I haven't had time to snack which has been good!!  Here's how it looked yesterday. B: 20oz sugar free caramel nonfat latte L: greek chicken penne (chicken, artichoke hearts, feta, tomatoes, and whole wheat pasta) S: salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, croutons, and italian dressing S: 1/2 cup of cherries D: thai peanut pork roast and another salad S: 1oz deli turkey meat Calories -- 1339 Fat -- 53 Carbs -- 126 Protein -- 100 I'm thinking I can keep this up through the weekend..I've got high hopes to make it through at least one weekend!! Well I had an ok day yesterday so except I went out to dinner with the family. I normally cook dinner every night so we do have a treat once in a while going out for a meal although their idea of a good resturant is Home Town Buffet where they can get what ever they want..lol.. go figure..

B- protein shake
S- banana with pb
L-3 oz of flap meat with an oz of cheese on it
S- forgot again..
D- 2 oz of roast beef
2 bites of green beans
3 bites of a baked potato
4 bites of a salad
sugar free ice cream
S- pretzels

total calories 1170 and 91 grams of protein

I did not go to the gym as I started my menses and have cramps. will be going today..

Hi Carla, Great protein numbers...Seeing a little creep up on the total cals...Keep taking baby steps, you're going to get those total up a little bit at a time!!! Alesia

Hi Alesia, Just a note to tell you I am on day 2 of this Time Out. I'm doing good so far. I just have to be in control of my eating so I am doing this for 12 days. now about your honey glazed grilled pork tenderloin... do you have a recipe or did you buy this? it sound very good. i like to make a pork roast dish for my husband . just something different. thanks. anita

Anita, Good luck with the Time Out, been seeing alot of successful numbers from people who are trying this program...You are strong, I know you can do it!!! As for the tenderloin, it is a premarinated one from Smithfield (I think) kind orangy looking marinade, hubby cooked it on the grill for about 25 minutes, it was really moist and yummy, had to fight for the 4 slices I saved to bring with my lunch Alesia

Alesia, its just something i have to do to try and control myself. i can do it... i am in control... oh i will have to look in the store for that smithfield. it does sound good . espially on the grill.
