Accountability - What did you eat, Tuesday 6/5?
Hello out there !!! Hope everyone is doing fine as frog hair ...Beautiful day for me today, yesterday was nice also...Tonight is gym night, really like doing the water aerobics in the warm weather, pool feels good and I always get out feeling rejuvinated ... Here's my food, still need to work on the fat grams I get in, otherwise things are looking pretty good: B - 2 protein balls S - 4 oz cottage cheese snak sizes sf jello L - 1 cup romaine, with 1/2 cup diced cukes, 1/4 dried fruit and nuts mix & 2 tbsps herb vinegrette 2.5 oz honey glazed grilled pork tenderloin D - 10 protein on the go S - 1 fried chicken wing 2 hush puppies 2 sf chewy chocolate cookies ( was at my HOG meeting, they serve food, so I was picking) PLUS - 99 oz water/crystal light and 10 oz hot tea TOTALS = Cals - 1292 Fat - 67 Carbs - 92 Protein - 95 Alesia
Hi everyone . Well I had another good day yesterday. Work's picked up a bit in the last week so I've been so busy I haven't had time to snack which has been good!! Here's how it looked yesterday. B: 20oz sugar free caramel nonfat latte L: greek chicken penne (chicken, artichoke hearts, feta, tomatoes, and whole wheat pasta) S: salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, croutons, and italian dressing S: 1/2 cup of cherries D: thai peanut pork roast and another salad S: 1oz deli turkey meat Calories -- 1339 Fat -- 53 Carbs -- 126 Protein -- 100 I'm thinking I can keep this up through the weekend..I've got high hopes to make it through at least one weekend!! I did not go to the gym as I started my menses and have cramps. will be going today..
