Lucy, Thanks for the reply.  Only problem I am having is I take so many vitamins till I feel sick without food.   I take them with the supplements, but I still feel sick.  Oh well, guess it will pass.  Good luck to you with the TO fast.  Looks like you are doing great on your wls journey.   Pat

Karyn, You can start anytime!  Some people are going the full 2 weeks and some are just doing it a few days.  I have been doing a modified version (2-3 shakes and a low cal meal) for almost 2 weeks and have lost 7 lbs.  Today I am going to do the full force Time Out and just do liquids.  It's going to be tough, but I am going to do it.  I will try to do the full 2 weeks.  So, if you start today or tomorrow then you will have another person doing it with you too.  I imagine there will be several jumping on board along the way.   Angela

Hello fellow T.O.ers! I am on day three of my t.o. and down 5 lbs already!   I did end up having a meal of 4 oz ground beef and 1/3 cup vegies last night.   I was feeling more hungry on day 2, so this meal filled me up and kept me away from junk!!   I usually walk an hour each day, so I may continue with a light evening meal.  During the day I had protein shakes, water and broth.  I had 95 gms protein, 120 oz water.   I  am feeling better about being back on track, and excited to see the scale go down!!!  Here's to another successful day for all of us!!!    DeeAnn

Good morning DeeAnn! Congratulations on your success with the time out plan . I think it was a good idea for you to eat something healthy yesterday instead of getting into trouble and eating the not so good stuff. It is a good feeling to see the scale moving down again. Best wishes on day 4! Lucy

Hi Lucy!! Thanks for the note!!  I have been eating so bad for so long, it's really good to not feel so guilty about the junk, grazing, ect!   It's also rewarding  to see that our pouches will do their job if we feed them right!   I needed so bad to refocus on my eating habits, and remember why I had WLS in the first place.  I am one who is bothered by very little food, even sweets.  I am trying to get it back into my head that just because I CAN doens't mean I SHOULD!!!!   You are an inspiration, you look fantastic!!  Best of luck to you too!!     DeeAnn
