Day 1 of TO is Over!

Well... I did it! It was a tough day, much harder than I thought actually. Here is what I had today:
Breakfast
AO Vanilla Nut
Lunch
Nectar Pure Protein
Dinner
Nectar Pure Protein
1 sf popsicle
120 ounces of water
How did y'all do?
You managed it without losing a limb, outstanding!!!! Today a coworker who had been vacation last week while I was doing week 1 of my modified TO came back to work today. He said, "You've been losing wt, I can see it in your face and your waist." It did not make me happy, because I am happy due to my children, good health, and many blessings. What I DID do was grin like a little schoolgirl!!! Molly made a great point of Time Out being like a kid being put in the corner, think about what you are doing and separate from the unacceptable behavior. I think putting it in that perspective will help us be more successful rather than thinking of a quick fix. Let's keep it going!

I am finished with Day 1 also. The workday was fine and even when I was home I was okay until later in the evening. I usually indulge in my evening cravings and I think my mind is really playing tricks on me. I can't get to sleep right now and I know I'm tired. The funny thing is that I really don't feel hungry I just feel like I want to eat. I also don't feel like there is a specific food I want (usually I crave something specific)...again I just want to eat something...I guess I just have to struggle through this feeling until I go to sleep. While this is a struggle, I know I'm not going to mess up my plan, just rough getting through it. This is a lesson that I must take with me once I get back to solid foods...The lesson is that if I don't "feed" my mind I'LL LIVE!!! :-) I'm hoping tomorrow's day will be as nice as it was today and that tomorrow evening will be a little better than it was today. :-)

P.S.-I posted this on another thread (less another bottle of water), but here's what I had:
3 Nectar Protein Drinks (Lemon Tea) 69g of protein (I had one of these with some lemonade crystal light and it was pretty good)
100 oz of water and/or crystal light (approximately 40 oz water...60oz CL)
Campbell's Tomato Soup for dinner (100 calories...and lots of sodium!) :-)

Yesterday, I had two Nectar drinks - one for breakfast and one for lunch. 1 cup coffee with skim milk and ff hazelnut creamer.
DInner - had some solid protein, chicken to shake up my program.
I found out that I have very low iron and will be seeing my WLS surgeon on Friday, so I am not sure what that means in terms of the time out plan for me. Today I will do only liquids.
