Day Nine Liquid Diet Pouch Reset
Thanks Laura, for your kind words! I will start a new mission on Friday. It has to do with:
1) Tracking all food intake
2) Tracking Exercise and physical activity
3) Continuing with shakes and lean dense protein and high fiber veggies (South Beach "lite" is what I call it)
4) Being accountable for all of the above.
For all of THAT I will do a Roll Call because I should be doing those things for life and ANYONE can feel free to jump on *that* bandwagon! It's gonna be awesome.
