Hello Sher, Oh yes, this recipe is DEFINATELY a keeper...As is par for your course, the days food looks great...Man you do good at keeping the carbs low, you're my carb idol , I strive daily to follow your low carb footsteps (LOL)...Seriously though, you are doing great... Alesia, thanks for the vote of confidence. I have been trying really hard to stay away from those bad carbs. Of course every once in  a while I do induldge a little. Have been bad though with regards to regular exercise. Haven't been doing any in a few weeks. Need a kick in the pants in that area. Sher
