Look under the post "WOW I lost 12 pounds..."  and read the post by Molly Mae for the info. If you look around you will see how some are slightly modifying the plan to fit their needs. Good for you that you are looking to do something positive to regain control!!

Hi,  I read the post you are talking about -- but I still dont' understand.  What's a Time Out -- and how does it work?  I'm about 1 1/2 years out and would like to drop another 10 lbs.  Would that help? Thanks ! Dana from Michigan

Dana, This is just the name of the plan to eat 3 protein shakes a day and lot & lots of water  and / or crystal lite.  Some have gone to 2 protein shakes and one small meal to fit their needs.  IT is that simple, I know for me I have the 3 protein shakes etc.  then I changed to 2 shakes and one small meal, it works better for me.  I have been on this for 5 days and have lost 5 lbs.  You DO need to exercise with this so you burn cals.  I know the WL clinic told me to exercise off 2,100 cals a week.  How ever you do that is your choice.  I sure hope this helps, you still have your tool.  take care

Hi Dana it's just a liquid diet. Nothing fancy! See my post about day nine. Take care!

Molly, Are you still taking your supplements? I started this today but with a cheese stick and half an apple before a workout - and I am still taking my supplements. I'm using Isopure but it is about the same as the nectar. I haven't tried that but I guess at support group Monday, one of the girls is bring some samples of the nectar - she's not too thrilled with it though. Diona

Diona, Yes, I still take my supplements and have not had a bad time with taking them on an empty stomach.  Mmmm...cheese sticks and apples sound good!  Sounds like you are doing well. Let me know how you like the sample. Some love it some hate it but as long as you take a good quality low fat, sugar free protein shake that's great. More later! Molly
