Starting the TIME OUT tomorrow and am nervous

Hi Kimberly! I started my T.O. today,  Monday June 4.   I  was 3 years post open RNY  April 4 of this year.  My starting weight was 291.  I got down to 157 as my lowest weight.  I was hanging around 165, but have managed to get up to 174 with poor eating habits    It is 5pm and so far I have had 69 grams of protein, 420 calories, and  88 oz of water!   The evening will be the worst for me, that is when I tend to graze the worst!  Everyone here doing the T.O. has been inspirational and got me to take a good look at my own bad habits and start my own T.O. !!  Good luck to everyone, we can do it!!!   DeeAnn R

Hello all!! Well, it is 6:24pm (eastern time) and Day 1 of TO is almost over!! Actually, like someone else said the evenings are always the worst for me, but suprisingly I feel okay.   Today I've had 69g of protein, about 80 oz of water with and without crystal light. I think 40 with and 40 without. I'm not sure how many calories that is in total, but it can't be much! I am going to have some soup for dinner. Something without any noodles...maybe tomato soup.  I think that may be high in sodium a bit, but I just feel like soup is more like food than what I've had today!! :-)  It actually feels like a TREAT!   AFter the soup I'll probably just do water for the evening!  Ohhh, and can I mention that I have to go to the bathroom like every 45 minutes!!! It's actually clear though so that's good I think!!   Keep me posted all!!!  Jess in MD  P.S.- I wasn't able to weigh myself this morning, but I'm going to do that in the morning so I have some idea of where I'm starting!

Hi I am going to start the TO today and I was wondering how things are going for you after you started it have you lost more since you did it?  Did you make through a couple of days?  I am not sure what it consist of but Iam assuming water and protein drinks and soup is mostly what you have but what do you do after that?  Gradually go to the puree foods like we did in the beginning?  Or go back to eating regular foods?  I know I started eating carbs and I drink a lot of coffee!!  Hope you can help me get back on track!!  Thanks!!
