I love it when: I dont have to ask somebody to tie my shoes. I can  take a shower without difficulty. I can try on clothes in a dressing room without getting drenched in sweat. I can shop without using a riding cart. I can walk. I dont have to go to the plus side for clothes anymore. I can breathe without asthma meds. I can work. I can play with my grandbaby. I can go garage selling without difficulty. I can sit on an airplane. I can go to the movies and fit in the chairs. I can go anywhere and fit in the chairs. I can make love to my husband. ( whered that come from?) I dont have to wear elastic waist pants anymore. I can buy pretty bras. I can weigh on the dr scale without being afraid ill break it. I can sit on my husbands lap. people can put there arms all the way around me when they hug me. I can snuggle. I can ride a bike. I can run. I can I can I can, I love it.

IIt is not the weight lost even though it does feel good to lose it.It is the qualty of life issues, the little things that makes us happy that we had this surgery. bob

We DEFINITELY need to do this more often!! I love it when: I don't have to leave part of my coat open because I can't button it around my gut I don't have to second guess having to go up the stairs to the bathroom I can get into the car and out without struggling I can sit on the floor and play with my little ones I can wear a bathing suit without being COMPLETELY self conscious I am willing to dance and sit in the front of events instead of remaining as far in the back or side My thighs are not plastered against each other when I walk I don't have to insist on sitting on the aisle seat anymore I don't need an extender for the seatbelt on the plane  I can buy clothes from a regular store and not plus sized I don't have to think about where I can sit at a restaurant I feel like a normal person
