I'm glad you had a good day yesterday!  Good thing it wasn't today w/all the rain! B - 1 pack pb on wh crackers, AchievONE S - 2 wh wh waffles w/Smart Balance and sf syrup and sf grape jam, banana L - apple w/2 T pb, sf Jell-O cup, 1 pack O'Coco's, 3 sf Werthers, 2 sf Dove chocolate S - AchievONE, 3 oz salad w/1 oz lf shredded cheese, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie D - 1 c cherries, 1/4 c cashews S - 2 oz multigrain nacho chips w/2 oz lf shredded cheese and salsa Plus I had 64 oz water, 24 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz cf green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and I treaded for 60 minutes.

Thanks Connie, it was an awesome ride!!! You had a really nice food day, is see, right on target...I don't know about your area of SC but we really need the rain, so I'm glad to see it today and it can keep rollin' in for the next few days as far as I'm concerned... Are you eating fresh cherries?  They are like $4 a lb at the grocery here, I keep looking, but so far NOT buying...Did pick up a couple of personal size seedless watermelons and some nice sweet red grapes though... Hey, Alesia!  Yeah, we need the rain BAD!!!!  I wi**** had lasted longer!  Our lawn looks really sad ! Yeah, the cherries are fresh - and, on sale, they were $2.99 a pound - steep but I love, love, love them!   Thanks, again, for the encouragement!  You are SO sweet!!
