Good morning to all The sun is temporarily peeking out of the clouds, but they are calling for a ton of rain here in the next few days, starting with thunderstorms this afternoon...Its okay with me we really need it... Yesterdays ride was WONDERFUL, gone all day, was able to get enough water along the way, but did not carry enough protein with me for a full day on the road, still managed to make up for it during dinner and a nice after dinner latte... Hi Alesia, here is what i had for saturday. was kindof too many calories. the scale said 159 so it went up one this morning. not sure why, maybe too many calories. :-(
