Accountability - What did you eat, Friday 6/1?
sorry ive missed. one day i did ok one day i did horrible, but I still lost that 2 lb gain I had, so im going to try and stay about the same calories I was for another week or so and see what happens.im back at 150 again..was 152. want to stay at 150 or less.
