Hi Alesia, Here is what I had for Friday. today looks like a yucky day but still very early almost 9 am. the scale moved today again.. woo hoo.......... keep jumping on it alesia just not when i'm on it.. lol.. just dont break it.. lol.. I did good with the fish dinner. I gave my mom the clow slaw... I did have a bite of a roll at the restuant and a bite of my mom's homemade berry dessert cake like stuff. maybe both an ich big. oh i love the sound of bikes... harleys..............mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i love bikers.... darn i'm married...... lol... have fun riding..... anita

L- chicken and steak fajitas.. (last nights left overs) 250 cals 25 pro
D- Steak medalions with spinach and blue cheese wrapped in it. 300 cals 25 pro
S- darn it ... ice cream 110 cals 2 pro
1090 cals and 88 protein... hmm... not to good I think on protein...
Did work out so I burned about 600 cals for the day there..
