Today was a little

Had a minor out patient procedure to remove a cyst from my back. That was a piece of cake compared to the rest of the day.
Did some grocery shopping. Bought fresh vegetables and fruit, some meats and cheeses, frozen popcycles. Put everything in the trunk, along with my keys and closed the trunk, my doors were still locked and my cell was in the car. Now the temperature was around 90*, I called AAA and they said it would be about an hour. I prayed they would come sooner, it did take close to an hour but they arrived and opened my car. I checked my groceries and luckily I placed some in an insulated bag things were ok. I really thought I had lost my groceries.

Went out with family at an Italian resturant. Had a little fried calimari, tasted good until it settled in my pouch. Had small amount veal parmesan, a piece of bread, a fork full pasta and two small forkfulls of cake I should have know better, not sure but think it was the fried stuff that made me feel like Luckily the feeling didn't last too long because I was stuck in the back of a
large booth type table and if I had needed to leave quickly I would not have made it. I should have known better

Hi Sher, Glad to hear your groceries survived the heat, I've done that and not been so lucky, the smell of melted icecream in a trunk in the heat takes alot of wet vac-ing to get out (LOL)... Sorry to hear you had a run in with the dumping - on the flip side, isn't it nice to know that the pouch still does what your surgeon said it would? know it helps keep me in line when I have one of these little episodes...Looks like you ate all day in anticipation for going out - good plan, know it helped keep you food in line for the day... Enjoy your weekend too...Alesia
