Hello, hello, hello I'm starting to get really excited, appointment went well yesterday, I'm ready for surgery, WoooWhooo...Food was crazy, went to blood draws for pre-op and surgiversary so did not start eating food until 2:30, as a result got in lots of liquids but not much food, it all still added up pretty fast though... L - south beach cinnamon bun meal replacement bar S - protein ball       3 potato chips (snatched of son's lunch plate       1 sf peanut butter cup       1 mexican wedding cookie D - 1 cup caesar salad with broiled bacon wrapped scallops & 1 coconut shrimp       S - 1 sf peanut butter cup       10 oz protein hot cocoa PLUS - 123 oz water/crystal light TOTALS =     Cals - 934     Fat - 57    Carbs - 59     Protein - 66 Chat with ya later...Alesia

Good moring Sunshine!  I am still in time out and had: Wake up: one cup of coffee with SF creamer B:Nectar Protein Shake (Fuzzy Navel) with a little Sunrise CL L: Cappuccino Protein Shake with a little cinnamon S: Nectar Protein Shake (Fuzzy Navel) with a little Sunrise CL D:Bullion cube while family ate pizza. I can't just abandon them during dinner but they had pizza and that made me very crabby but I stood strong and they loved on me and I got through S:Nectar Protein Shake (Fuzzy Navel) with a little Sunrise CL So, that is a total of 4 shakes and at least 100 ounces of water. I drink all of my water through a Starbucks Venti Cup with a big green straw and it goes down really easy. If I drink CL I have to use an opaque cup as the kids will suck it all down and it stains the carpet. Anyway., I felt great slipping into my loose size 12 GAP chino shorts. They are so cute and were giving me "muffin top" last week. Ya know where the chubby part at the top of lower rise pants puffs out like a muffin top.? I'm sure you have all seen it on some mommy bodies out there trying to be cute and failing miserably, LOL! 252/159.5/135

WoooWhoo Molly - You are doing so AWESOME, take a bow I can relate to the crabbies when observing someone eating while you are not, read you other post and think you found a way to handle it pretty well...By the end of your 2nd week you should be up to 10 lbs or more lost, won't that be fabulous Keep up the great job...Alesia

Hi Alesia, Here is what I had for thursday. i did pretty well. my husband and I ate with our grandson so i had some ravioli's . woo hoo the scale said 159 pounds this morning.. it just better go down more and not go up..... Anita

Anita, I'm jumping on your scale to keep it moving in the downward direction...Just keep making good choice, its bound to work in your favor...You did really well eating yesterday, keep up the good work...Is tonight the dinner out?  Didn't see the fish on your menu yet, don't worry it will work out fine...

Alesia, yes jumping will do good huh.... yup i am trying to make good choices. its just so hard when you have a hubby but i told him what you said i am the captain of this ship. today was the lunch out so you will see it tommorow... how do i figure out the frappachino. i got the carb countdown cho. today. it was good but 1 tablespoon of coffee was too much i thought... anita

Hi Anita, Did you sing the captain song to your DH? (LOL)... Here's the stats on the Caramel protein frappachino, if made with 8 oz of carb countdown milk: 180 cals     5.6 fat     8 carbs     23 protein Hope you like it...You can change it up my adding 1/2 a med banana if you want, just add the stats from the 1/2 banana to these individual ones to get the #'s for it...I like mine with a pretty strong coffee flavor, but you could definately make it with less, doesn't really change much on the stats, try just a teaspoon instead...  Alesia

hmmmm i got 245 calories, 7 fats, 19 carbs, 31 proteins.. carb countdown milk 90  sf  carmamel 45 protein 110 fat 7  12 5 2= 19 carbs 23 protein 8= milk protein
