Okay, I did it!! Breast Lift/Augmentation

I was dreaming about getting my breasts done, and I woke up and remembered I had!!! Yesterday I had surgery in Mexico, and came home the same day...I spent the night prior there, so my son could sleep in the hotel room and then come pick me up at 1pm, and the nurse called Alex, a local driver who can transport you across the border in the "Fast lane" and I did not even have to get out of the van.  He has a "Fast Pass" and the guard knew I had surgery, so they just wave you though, no waiting, I think all in all it took us 20 minutes??  Sometimes it can take longer, but it was a Thursday morning, not weekend, which makes a big difference!! Here is some info if anyone wants it....I know some of the people on here have used Dr Fuentes or Dr Quiroz at www.cosmedclinic.com  they are some of the TOP plastic surgeons in all of Southern California and of Mexico.  They both have double board certification in the USA and Mexico and trained at UCI Med Center, my hospital in Santa Ana, and also Beverly Hills for 2 years under a fellowship.  Dr. Q also studied in Texas at UofT I think....as well as Dr Campos, who is the laser expert and he studied in Spain. She is opening a recovery house, and I told her I would help spread the word for her. Take care, and I definitely would have stayed there this week, but she is not open until end of month of June. Hi Deborah I am glad you are doing Ok, I wanted to let you know I have not heard back from Amy yet ,but last time she email me, she ask me if it was ok for her to pay me with her furniture for what she owe me, I agreed, so the only thing I though I could do with it, is to open an aftercare place of my own. I am going to start with something small, I would not take more then 5 patients I will try not to get more than 4. I will start working on July 1st. hopefully for the time you scheduled your surgery I will be open, I would love for you to stay with me 1o days, 1week, 5 days what ever, and if you like it you can pass the word around. Not sure about prices I think I will charge $130 American Dollars a day, everything included. And the house wil be small but I am sure patients will have the best care around. I am going to be working at the house with the help of other 3 nurses, I already talk to a dietician so I can have help with the menus, and I will also have a conection with a physical therapist and a psicologistic in case patients think they need there expertices. Please contact her, and she can email you, but I think she doesn't have it connected directly, so she answers like 1-2x per week via cyber cafe I thin****il she gets the house going.....it takes a ton of money for her to do this. Also, I paid 95.00 per night for the Grand hotel and the food for 2 of us, not that expensive was $42.00, so I already was over what Perla will charge for all inclusive, 3 meals plus snacks!!  So, The Grand was nice, but staying at a house for big surgeries, like my thigh lift and my lower body lift (the house I stayed at in December is closed)...is definitely the way to go!!!  No worries!! Wow, a heartfelt thank you for sharing your experience and photos. I had my WLS in Ensenada MX and wouldn't have had it done otherwise and am so happy about it.I had a great doctor and staff there. Anyway, welcome back home and thanks for posting this! Your breasts look amazing already and will be getting better feeling and looking everyday. Very cool! Molly

Thanks both of you!!! I was sooooooo constipated before surgery, and I guess the antibiotics caused me to have diahrrea all day the day before, and night before surgery.  Then Before I weighed 149, then before surgery I weighed 147.7, and after surgery I weigh 153.  The girls weigh about 1.5 lbs each!!! I just want to get back into the 140's and stay around 145.bs and not move!!! I am eating high protein, low calorie meals, weigh****chers and lean cuisine. :) Deb

I am glad you are pleased with the procedure and did well.  I have to tell you, I did NOT see a big difference in the LBL you had pre or post op, but perhaps you were not as fat as most who have the surgery. My abdomen sags and it is still not as bad as others who have a flap down to their knees. I would like to get my breasts done since the WLS mine look like fried eggs hanging on my chest!!

Thanks!! Yeah, I had 2 flat pancakes hanging, and I was soooo saggy, like a flat pancake, and I was an A cup. I saw a TON of difference in my LBL pics, but that is because I know what I used to look like, and how thin and flat I am now compared to how I was, and I had lots of wrinkles and he lifted my fanny up and also my hoo hoo.  I also had 6.5lbs of skin removed all the way around, but years back, I had a mini tummy tuck back when I had lost weight, and before I gained a ton, so I had a flat tummy, even though I weighed almost 300lbs.  I did not have the Hanging Skin like most have, thanks in part to the mini tuck, but I did on my hips and back end. You would have to really look closely at my befores, and my afters ....but not now, because I am swollen again, since he did a revision on my scar in the front. :) Deb
