Angela (or anyone else that might know), I have a problem w/my sugar dropping way down when I exercise.  I'm considering doing the time-out thing since it's doing so good for so many people but I'm wondering about the sugar drop.  Now when it happens, I either eat a nsa lf yogurt or a pack of pb on wheat crackers.  Obviously, I won't be able to do that on the time out.  Anybody else have this problem and did it bother you on the time-out?  Thanks so much for any advice/opinion/experience!!

Hugs,

In the begging fresh post op I had a little problem with that.. but I used to take an ispopure proeitn pre-mixed..zero carb bottle with me.. and have a few sips while I was workign out.. its almost like a kook-aid consistancy.. and it helped to keep my enerygy up... and my sugar without having dips..  Good luck..  H

Thanks!  I'll try it for sure - I won't know until I do, will I?  LOL  I'm about 2 3/4 years out and this didn't start until 9 mos. or so out but it's EVERY day around 8:30-9:00 a.m. like clockwork!
