Hey All.  I  am  one  year  out  as  of  may 22  and  am  having a  rough  time  losing  my  last  30 to 40 pounds.  I  am  thinking  of  hitting  up  the  ole  plateau busters  diet  and  was  wondering  if  anyone  is  interested  in  joining  me  and  checking  in  together  everyday.   I  started at  329.6  and  am  currently 184. my  doc  and  I  would  like  to see  15  pounds  a  month  come  off  for  june  and  july  So  the  bust  would  start  tomorrow  June  first.  Any takers???? Lets  do  it!! Vee

Hi Vee! I am already kicking my regained lbs to the curb and feeling a renewed sense of confidence and control not to mention the energy I feel from not eating any sugar! That's awesome that you are ready to bust through your plateau. I WISH mine had just been a plateau but I never even got to goal so I had like a year long plateau! Good Luck!

Heya Molly  mae!  I  havent  got  to  goal  yet  either.  this  last  chunk  is  sooooooo blasted  difficult  I  cannot  believe  it.  I  have  been  on a  NO NADA  NOTHING  sugar  since may 15th  but  it  hasnt  quite  done  the  trick -  hence  the  bust.  thanks  for  your  reply!! Vee

I would like to join you in the challenge. My surg was 12/04.  My top wt was 336 and am down to 216 and have been stuck there for about a year.  I need to press forward I would like to reach goal wt (140) by the end of the year.  My first goal that I want to conquer is getting below 200.  It has been over 20 years since I have been below that wt. Lets do it! Count me in!!!!!!!!!  Carol
