Accountability - What did you eat, Wednesday, 5/30?
Ya know.. this is where I'm needing help. I am not really good at this part of it all. and I am not seeing my doctor anymore because I have lost my insurance-no longer employed- I'm not good at counting and keeping track.. I need big time help there.
I am still wanting to lose some weight and maintain, I think I won't really lose much more becasue I suspect the extra weight I'm holding on to is skin.
So... I'm a mess! HELP
Hi, all! Alesia, I don't think you did all that bad yesterday - especially considering the cir****tances. Anyway, today's another day, right?!? Onward and forward!
B - 3/4 c Honey Bunches of Oats w/2 T ground flax, banana, 1 c ff milk
S - 8 oz nsa lf strawberry yogurt, 12 oz ff sf mocha latte'
L - apple w/2 T pb, pack of O'Coco's, sf Jell-O cup, 70% chocolate bar from Germany
S - nsa lf ice cream sandwich, AchievONE
D - Greek salad and 2/3 of a sm fruit cup from Panera Bread
S - 20 oz sf ff dc cinnamon dolce latte', 1/8 sf strawberry glace pie on whole wheat crust w/ff RW
Plus I had 66 oz of water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 20 oz cf Diet Coke and I walked for 45 minutes at the mall and did 30 minutes of light weights (although that aggravated my back so I don't think I'm going to be able to continue that
).

L- smoothie 250 cals 40 pro
S- cheese again.. been busy 200 cals 14 pro
D- salad with chicken 300 cals 25 pro
S- scoop of ice cream 110 cals 2 pro

I dont think I have ever eaten that much.. but they were all healthy choices.. what do u think..
I did work out a lot yesterday too... did a 1 hour step areobics class and 40 minutes of elliptical and 130 streght trainng. estimated calories burned 1300 calories burned.
What do you think... I am trying to do what I should be doing ... maybe to much though...
