You had a great food day, and exercise, wow I wish I was as regimented as you are about getting it in daily ( unless I can count fork to mouth, to plate to mouth, etc. as exercise, LOL)...

Thanks for the kudos, today was definately not as good, did a potluck at the office, total cals where fine, but went WAY overboard on the carbs...Tomorrow promises to be a weird food day to since I have to fast until all my preop work is done and then I go for my 2 year anniversary blood work too (dif locale so will continue the fast until I've seen both labs)...

You know, I've said it before, I love posting accountability and I'm really glad that it helps others as much as it does me...
You and I are the only ones I know who aren't like 80 and admit to eating prunes...I really like them to be honest, crazy maybe but love the taste and chewy texture...My fav's are the cherry essence ones, followed closely by the orange essence, will eat just regular flavor in a pinch too
As always you motivate me to do better by looking at your food choices, you always seem to be so well balanced and yet it all sounds good too...Wish my days were as consistant as yours.. I know some day it will all come together the right way on a regular basis, until then I'm going to keep chipping away at my mistakes and trying not to repeat them to many times...
