Day 1 of Time out plan...

Ok I'm giving the Time Out Plan a try this week and today is day one and I'm starting out with a my morning protein drink with flax seed added to it. And I'm lining up my bottle waters on my computer desk like race cars at the starting line lol. I think today will be the hardest but I'm up to the challenge!~ :D   Now if I start gazing by noon and biting the walls of the forum here I'll let you know. Humm just exactly how many calories are in a font I wonder...

Yeah...how do you track font on fitday? I'm sure you'll have to customize that dietary info. If you are not alreaedy very well acquainted with the bathroom...you will be by noon.

Well, yesterday was my first day on the plan...holy crap - I think I have a toilet ring permanently on my butt for as many times as I had to use the potty yesterday!!  Today is all ready starting out that way...maybe I need to look into using some DEPENDS or something...hahaha Anyway, wishing you luck----it's VERY hard for me...my stomach is craving food and I woke up at 4am with my tummy taking to me...worst part is I understood it...haha Let us know how it goes!!!

I'm just using my own protein drink because I do not like that Nectar stuff.

I started the Time Out Plan yesterday and survived! If I can, so can you. How's it going today? I'm on day 2 and so far so good! Do I want to eat? You bet I do. But I want to regain control! Lucy

I started a modified version of the Time Out Plan.  I am doing the nectar shakes, crystal light, but have also added coffee and a salad at lunch, and I still managed to lose 5 pounds since Sunday.  Tomorrow I am going to try and cut out the salad at lunch time and just stick to my protein drinks.  My problem is having the runs!  I even managed to throw my back out by running to the potty so much and using my back muscles each time nature called.  Spent Sunday just lying on the couch.  Better now!
