I am freaking out right now.. i try an increase my calories and i gain weight.. i am up 5 pounds now.. so i go to the gym today and worked out for 3 hours.. i plan 3 hours tommorrow and the rest of the week the same.
I dont want to get into a roller coaster of weight gain. I know its that time of the month really soon and thats what is probably doing it.. but I just dont want to end up on a slippery slope i dont want to come back from...

S- banana 100 cal 2 pro
L- topping off of 2 pieces of everything on it pizza.. not real sure about the count on that.. so I will say 300 cals and 20 protein.
D- chicken and cheese deli slices 200 calories 20 pro
S- 8 pretzels 100 cals 2 pro
totals for the day....930 calories and 85 protein..

Carla, you know, sometimes I look at what I ate and say the same thing, it does seem like alot of food to me for someone with such a little pouchie to store it in - then I think about what I ate pre-surgery and realize it's really not that much...The dense protein like meat really fills me up quickly, like the pork tenderloin, started out with 4oz on my plate, gave one slice to one of the boys and then couldn't finish up another of the 4 I originally started with, thus ending with 2.5 oz for the meal...I still really chew up meat thoroughly or from foamies and I think that also makes it a little easier to get a bit more in cause the texture is so much smaller...
Don't really understand why you are seeing scale creep, from what I can see you are really not consuming very many cals and with your exercise you are definately burning all that up, have you spoken to a Nut? Are you on any meds that could have a weight gain side effect?
I'm out here watching you, I know the tide is going to turn you way, its just a matter of figuring out how to navigate the waters...

Can you come do some maintenance at my house, it seems like you are always working on some kind of beautification project, that is great ...
Food today day sounds good and a downward trend on the scale always deserves a big ...Did you make a meatloaf or maybe meatballs for your lunch, ingredients kinda sound like it...I love meatloaf even though I can only consume a little now and I really miss eating the leftovers in sandwich style on a hoagie roll, for sure then I would get in like 2 bites so thats a write off...
