Wow, almost noon and here I am finally posting yesterdays food, today started out crazy and is still going full swing, will be glad to get to the gym tonight and burn off some stress from the day... Monday was still not my best day, but closer to being where I want to be...Another day of tooo many carbs and this morning my scale reflected it - today back to work and back on track, much easier to follow my plan at the office where work constraints limit my ability to stray...  B - 10 oz choc/banana/coffee protein frappachino S - 2 protein balls S - 3 m & m's L - 2 slices meat lovers pizza, one thin & one thick both 1/8 of a 12" pie S - 1 sf cookie       5 more m & m's        1 bite brownie S - 1 tbsp black bean pico de gillo  D - 2.5 oz grilled honey glazed pork tenderloin       1/3 cup peas-n-carrots       2 bites garlic mashed potatoes S - 10 oz protein hot chocolate PLUS - 82.5 oz water/crystal lite TOTALS =     Cals - 1426     Fat - 62      Carbs - 134     Protein - 102 Alesia

Wow, it might be the liquid diet talking but your menu sounds sooo good ! The pork tenderloin really jumped out at me! How the heck do you eat 3 M&M'sYou are my hero! LOL! Kudos to you on the tracking of your calories. Do you use fitday?

D- 3 oz hamburger on grill 1 hamburger roll 1/3 c. my moms homemade potato salad 1/2 c. bushes baked beans

S- 2 slices sf cho. pudding pie

16 oz. def. coffee 112 plain water

Anita, Body Fortress is a protein smoothie drink right?  You did awesome with drinking 2 of those as meal replacements, I know it will help you re-align yourself and keep you on track... Push mower... Wow, you are a way better person then I..I don't even mow the lawn on a rider... Alesia

Hi Alesia, body Fortress is a protein powder i get up to walmart for like $12.00. it is whey protein. i use 1 cup water and 3 or 4 ice cubes. i thought i was going to be yelled at for drinking these. i done it today also but ate more but still not enough calories. oh yes i like to cut grass.. i just have to very careful... i had a lawn mower accident in 1999 and lost my 3 toes... they couldnt be saved.. so i am a 7 toe person.. lol.................  oh well......... i feel like i am snacking tonight since i only have 786 calories so far.. guess i better find something else to eat......... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...........

Hi Molly, The pork was very tasty, I've been watching your post too...To me it would take alot more willpower to stick to an all liquid diet at this phase of my plan than it does for me to just eat 3 m & m's and walk away...You are MY hero and I offer many kudos for the efforts you are making to get yourself back in the groove, you're doing great... As for the m's, strangely enough just a taste really works for me most of the time, sometimes it is more, but its funny I can just take several deep smells of a krispy kreme and be satisfied from it also - weird huh One of my regular accountability posters asked us to track cals, protein, liquids, etc as part of the accountability post, so yes I track on fitday and sometimes on sparkpeople if the foods I am looking for cannot be found in the fitday lists...Taking daily account really helps me... Followed a better plan yesterday.  Calories still higher than I would like, but I stayed away from sugar. I almost bought ginger snaps at the market, but refrained.  I'm rather proud of myself.   The scale moved down 2 today!  Hooray!!! Here we go: Breakfast:  Tilapia/Applesauce Snack: AchievOne Lunch: Deli Beef/Chicken/Lettuce/Light Dressing Snack: AchievOne Snack: SF Fudsicles (2) Dinner: South Beach Meat Crust Pizza Snack: Mixed Nuts Exercise: 45 minutes - water aerobics Calories: 1385 Fat: 53 Carbs: 66 Protein 145 Trying something different today... more protein shakes... we'll see how I do.  Update tomorrow... WooWhoo down 2 more Denise... You are doing great...Seeing alot of posts about using protein shakes as meal substitutes for more than one meal a day...I always have at least one a day some times 2 and in the past when I my numbers started creeping out of my comfort zone I have done 2-4 a day as replacements for more solid forms of protein...I find they work really well when I am trying to detox from carb overload...Good luck, let us know how you like it... Okay - I really HATE letting my moods and feelings about myself being tied to the numbers on the scale!    This morning I was down 4.5 pounds from yesterday so, obviously, I was retaining water.  I make a solemn vow to my husband, daughter and all of you that I will NOT overreact to the numbers again!!!!  (I swear - I won't!!!!!) My plan for right now is to exercise more and cut my fruits down from 3-5 a day to 2-3 a day and when I have "evil" snacks (chips, etc.), I will only have a serving size - not 3 times that!!  I'll give this a while and see how it goes.  I want to do something that I know I'll stick to - or at least have a chance of sticking to! B - 3/4 c Honey Bunches of Oats w/2 T ground flax, banana, 1 c ff milk S - nsa lf blueberry yogurt, AchievONE L - shared a tub of unbuttered movie popcorn w/hubby, AchievONE S - wild berry Power Crunch bar D - 3 oz salad, 4 jumbo shrimp, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie S - homemade sf strawberry glace' pie w/whole wheat crust and ff RW Plus I drank 67 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and we walked for 45 minutes at the mall after "Pirates of the Carribean".  My depression has lifted somewhat - I'll keep plugging away at that, too!!
