Hi Alesia and all, here is what i had for monday.
B-body fortress chocolate ( 1 serving ) 110 2 2 23 Water ( 1 cup ) 0 0 0 0
L-body fortress chocolate ( 1 serving ) 110 2 2 23 Water ( 1 cup ) 0 0 0 0
D- 3 oz hamburger on grill 1 hamburger roll 1/3 c. my moms homemade potato salad 1/2 c. bushes baked beans
S- 2 slices sf cho. pudding pie
16 oz. def. coffee 112 plain water
exercise- mowed the lawn-push mover walked my moms dog in the woods
Hi Alesia, body Fortress is a protein powder i get up to walmart for like $12.00. it is whey protein. i use 1 cup water and 3 or 4 ice cubes. i thought i was going to be yelled at for drinking these. i done it today also but ate more but still not enough calories. oh yes i like to cut grass.. i just have to very careful... i had a lawn mower accident in 1999 and lost my 3 toes... they couldnt be saved.. so i am a 7 toe person.. lol................. oh well......... i feel like i am snacking tonight since i only have 786 calories so far.. guess i better find something else to eat......... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...........
Hi Molly, The pork was very tasty, I've been watching your post too...To me it would take alot more willpower to stick to an all liquid diet at this phase of my plan than it does for me to just eat 3 m & m's and walk away...You are MY hero and I offer many kudos for the efforts you are making to get yourself back in the groove, you're doing great... As for the m's, strangely enough just a taste really works for me most of the time, sometimes it is more, but its funny I can just take several deep smells of a krispy kreme and be satisfied from it also - weird huh One of my regular accountability posters asked us to track cals, protein, liquids, etc as part of the accountability post, so yes I track on fitday and sometimes on sparkpeople if the foods I am looking for cannot be found in the fitday lists...Taking daily account really helps me...
