Vitamins...
At 13 yrs, in general:
protein
iron
calcium
A
D
E
B complex
B 12 shots
zinc
and a few other things I prefer. The brands I use are mine, basically.
if you wanted a complete vites program, I could send it to you if you email me privately, but it's only my very biased opinion after working with pts from all surgery types for 12 yrs now

P.S. My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

I'm only 15 months out but this is what I will be taking for the rest of my life (exepct for the iron which I apparently only need to take while still menstruating):
Morning - 630 mgs of Calcium Citrate
Lunchtime - 1 FerroSequel (iron), 1,000 mgs of B12 (generic), Generic women's multivitamin, generic Colace stool softener, and 500 mgs of Vitamin C to help the iron absorb
Nighttime - 630 mgs of Calcium Citrate
I buy the Wal-Mart brand as a rule except for the Ferro Sequels
Seems to be working thus far. I am 95% proficient at taking my supplements. There's always room for improvement! :-)

I am taking and have taken for 3 1/2 years:
Iron Carbonyl (Tender Iron from Vitalady)
C
Calcium Citrate 2500 mg
Zinc
Potassium (OTC - low dose)
Dry D in 50,000 IU twice weekly
Dry A & D combo
Dry E
Biotin
B Complex
B12 - methylcobalamin form - I don't do well on the cynaocobalamin in keeping levels up
Magnesium citrate 1000-1200 mg daily
Magnesium Oxide as needed to loosen things up
I am sure I am missing something too.
Most come from Vitalady. I tweak amounts depending on what individual labs show me every six months.
