Accountability - What did you eat, Sunday 5/27?

Thanks for the info on yourself, we could be 2 peas in a pod... I had my surgery on 6/7/2005... am 5'4 1/2... docs goal for me was 138... I have settled comfortably at 125 and give myself a 5 lb floating window on that, after I gain 3 I usually seriously buckle down... do water aerobics with some weight mixed in 3 days a week for about an hour...other exercise is spotty, like to run/walk when the weather is good in the early a.m. which is about 3-4 months out of the year and walk my dogs when the bugs are not real bad...You can see from my daily posts cals run 1200-1500 most days...That pretty much sums me up...Oh yeah, starting weight was 252, so I lost 1 whole me through this process...
Your food and water both look great, know what you mean about working out the balance, it took me 4 months after I met my docs goal to finally stop loosing and find my happy medium, this is where I'd like to stay, I like it here, will see though if the BL/BA changes any of my #'s, after all how much could new girls really add to my weight

Sheila, Your food looks great today...I know you are clinching at how much you ate and possibly having a small panic attack that it was too much, but I think you are OK, definately in your range, don't overract and back way off tomorrow, it will be fine...The Nut would give you a pat on the back and say you did good - I am too See you tomorrow in the postings...Alesia
