First b-12 shot

Thanks for the info, Michelle. I found the information about the patches. I'll ask my friend how her B12 has responded to the patches. I double checked and my sublingual is methylcobalamin. So far I'm happy with my B12 -- I just need to get the iron thing under control but that's a whoooooole other thread. ;)

I know ppl who are ablel to maintain B12 levels at 2000 (where we're born) with sublinguals, so as long as they are working for you, go for it!

They won't work for me cuz I won't be faithful to them.

I don't do chewables or lozenges, or even hard candies or lozenge other type things. Drive me crazy. So, I know where I'm strong (protein drinks &vites I can swallow) and where I'm weak (things that loiter in my mouth).

Iron is eventually fixable. Really. It just takes effort and trial and error.
