Basically it is 3 Nectar Protien shakes a day and a ton of water or Crystal Light type drinks!
Here's a link that might help you. I am contemplating doing the same thing. I have been sadly off track over the past year and am up to 165 after being down to 145. I am so bummed but am collecting up all my favorite drinking containers and Nectars ready to start! Have you tried the new Twisted Cherry Nectar. It is so good!
