Accountability - What did you eat, Thursday 5/25?
Oh no.. I cant eat ice cream with sugar.. I always get the sugar free kind.. I like the breyers triple chocolate.. gives me a bit of a tummy ache if I don****ch it.. It also helps me go potty.. i know tmi.. lol.. I dump on anything sugary, fatty, greesy and I have havent tried bread, rice or any of those things. the closest I get is a bite or two of baked potato
sorry im so late posting... work has been crazy.. you all will be proud, no diritos....yeah!
B- 1 1/2 scoops of b-wise b- blast protein powder mixed w/ 1 cup nonfat milk and espresso, around 220 calories and 38 protein S- banana L-pure protein bar 20 grams S-south beach oatmeal chocolate chip cookies(2cookies 100 cal) D- 3/4 cup of 100% whole grain spaghetti w meat sauce made w ground turkey and no sugar added sauce. S- small movie pocorn w/ butter so good but yet sooooooooooo bad..lol
