Good afternoon all.. did ok yesterday with my food I think

B- protein shake
S- banana
L- chicken
D- chicken morella.. yummy
S- pretzels

total cals 1050 total protein 90

no exercise though.. grr.. had my remecade treatment and it wipes me out...

Hey Carla, I think your food choices were great, not a lots of content on the meals though, could you add in some veggies to get some vits and minerals direct from the source rather than relying strictly on supplements, they are low in cals so not going to put alot more on your day... By the way, What is Chicken Morella? Always looking for good recipes Alesia

Mozzarella Chicken

1/2 cup bread crubs.. I used italian
Chicken breast.. how many u need..boneless and skinless
1/2 cup skim milk
1 jar of Traditional Ragu...You can make your own sauce but I used ragu and put a few seasonings in it.
garlic.. i like lots.
shredded mozarella cheese about 4 oz.

(optional) olives, mushrooms, chives.

Dredge chicken through milk and than breading and put in hot skillet (use pam to reduce calories or EVOO). Brown on both sides

coat baking pan with cooking spray first. pour 1/3 of ragu in baking dish. Place chicken in pan
Pour 1/2 of the ragu over the chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning taste (basil, garlic, pepper, salt). top with cheese.. pour remaining ragu over cheese.. i like the cheese on top so I didnt do that.. I also put slice olives, chives and mushrooms on mine to give it that look.. man is this yummy... I served over pasta (fetachini) for the family and I ate mine with out it.... yummy yummy yummy..

Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

I did have steamed veggies with dinner.. forgot to put it down.

Hi all, will someone please kick me in the butt! I didn't eat breakfast today, I didn't take in enough water, I didn't take my vitamins, and I had too many snacks....
didn't get in enough protien. ALso I have not exercised all week. Why, I have not made time for me. Things I can't talk about have been stressing me completely out. I still track my intake, total calories were not too bad considering, but other things were lacking as you can see.

"Tomorrow is another day".................

Okay, Here's me reading you the riot act...seriously though, Sher, not that bad of a day...If I had totally skipped breakfast it would lead to an all day graze fest, so I think you held up pretty well and as you say " tomorrow is a new day" and it WILL be better, I'm confident, cause you are one of the best eaters I see posting...
