 Top of the Morning, Everyone...Well, did not get to the bottom of my e-mail yet, BUT I can see my desktop, wooowhooo!!!  Yesterday was a pretty fine food day, can live with it for sure, still working on purging the rest of those white carbs, baby steps get you there and I think I will be on target again by Memorial Day... B - 2 protein balls S - 1 serving sf mini chocolate meringues L - 4 small italian sausage stuffed mushrooms      1 cup salad with herb vinigrette, dried fruit & nuts, cucumber and fresh sliced strawberries S - 5 quartersize homemade cheese butter rounds ( from the bakery were I ordered my husbands       birthday cake) D - 3/4 of an open face chicken parmasan sandwich on ciabatta bread PLUS - 85 oz water/crystal light & 10 oz hot chai tea with vanilla protein creamer TOTALS =     Cals - 1240     Fat - 70     Carbs - 84      Protein - 81 Have an outstanding day to all...Love you guys, thanks for supporting me... Alesia

Hi Alesia and all, here is what i had for wedneday......

B- 1/2 c, kashi autumn wheat  1 slice pepperidge farms light style 7 grain bread  1 T. simply jiff

S-3 homemade Ice pop made from crystal light

L-1 c.weis chicken & stars soup  1 slice oscar mayer bologna  1 small boiled egg  1  string cheese

S- 1 stick oh yeah cho. mint protein bar  1 peanut butter protein ball

D- 3 oz. Pork chop 2 egg whites from small eggs 1/2 c. wax beans

S- homemade sf tapicoa pudding 9 mini chedder rice cakes

Total  calories1162, fat 58, carbs 96, protein  72 2 miles on treadmill at home 16 oz def coffee 136 oz plain water.. drank more since was hot out...

Well I was doing fine yesterday until they brought those darn pastries to work.  I've got to work on my will power.  Yesterday was just moving at the pace of a snail at work.  It seems when I am really really busy that I don't snack or even think about eating but when it's slow I tend to do the snacking thing.  Anyways, I've decided to start using sparkpeople.com instead of fitday.  I like it better because it gives you a calorie range and since I make a lot of my menu's ahead of time, I like sparkpeople because it has a printable version of your menu.  I was still within their calorie range but still a tad high.  Here's how it went. B: 20oz sugar free vanilla and caramel latte S: apple turnover  ( i know, a big ) L: brazilian chicken with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes S: salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, blue cheese, dried cranberries, croutons, and lite italian dressing D: bbq cheddar bacon burger (no bun) with lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. Calories -- 1510 Fat -- 61 Carbs -- 148 Protein -- 92 Well as long as I stay away from the darn sweets, today should be much better. Hope all is well with everyone. Kerri

Hi Kerri, I know about that tempation, the one I cannot seem to pass by is the free sugar cookies at the door of my grocery store, Harris Teeter...They pretty much get me every time I pass the box ... Alesia

Looks like a good day for ya', Alesia!!  Woohoo!!  BTW - your new clothes are in my closet!  B - 3/4 c Honey Bunches of Oats w/2 T ground flax, 1 c ff milk, banana S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE      12 oz decaf ff sf mocha latte' at the grocery store L - apple w/2 T pb, O'Coco's, sf Jell-O cup, 1 bar of 80% dark chocolate from Germany S - nsa ice cream sandwich, AchievONE D - 1/2 Asian chicken salad and 1/2 piece garlic bread from Denny's, sf fudgie S - 1 1/2 c nsa vanilla ice cream w/1 c strawberries and ff RW Plus I had 66 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 32 oz cf Diet Coke, 16 oz green tea, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW and we walked for 45 minutes at the mall before dinner.

ok here goes, the stupid diritos did not get thrown out.they r my daughters and she wont let me... B-1 1/2 serving b-wise b- blast protein powder mixed w sf fv and nonfat milk 1 cup, and esspresso, and 1 banana S-chocolate covered coffee beans 1/2 serving L-4 oz non fat cottage cheese and 1/2 snk size serving sf jello, 1/2 serving pea salad( peas, lowfat mayo, onion, pickles) S-the other 1/2 of pea salad and atkins chocolate peanut nugat protein bar. D-1/4 kaiser roll with lowfat mayo and lean turkey and ham ( not full slices)deli meat. 1/2 serv og diritos, banana S-snk size popcorn, 1cup milk S later that night more freakin dirritos 2 serving i also drank about 80 oz water if i added it all right on sparkpeople.com then it was about 1525 calories and like103 protein.. i need to work on so much snaking...

OK Sheila, You know those doritos are going to be a problem, try giving them to your daughter to keep in her room afterall they are sealed so shouldn't be a bug problem and maybe getting them out of easy reach will help... Overall you look like a good day... I like that you are trying to keep track on sparkpeople, I think this will really help you see what's good and bad about your day...Be in charge, you're going great and repeat after me "I am the captain, I am the captain, I run this ship"...
