how many calories do i need to maintain?
There really is no set number to maintain. If you are eating 75% protein and 25% carbs and are satisfied with where you are try shifting it to something like 60% protein and 40% carbs and see how you do. If you gain, shift back a little. You have to find what is right for you as everyone is different. I know it doesn't take much for me to gain - I had surgery, had a toenail infection and then tristed my ankle and all the inactivity has me gaining about 5 lb no problem. I really have to keep up moving my body to keep the weight off I know for sure so hope my ankle heals up fast!
