Hi Anita Girl You got a sexy new photo too...I really need to figure out how to get my pic on here so I can show off my gorgeousness also ... Was the chili good, I love chili and make a huge pot so I have lots to freeze - think it is a great protein choice and of course the pouch likes it too so that helps... I think you had a right fine day, great job ...And awesome on getting in lots of fluids too...

Jazz Girl, You've got to find a way to lick that binge/purge thing, that can be really detrimental to your physical and mental health and you did not go thru re-arranging your innards to make yourself sick obsessing...Have you thought about talking to a professional about the emotional issues? That said, and me, being no professional, lets move on to what you ate and being accountable...I really find it vital to be accountable to someone "desire to avoid public humiliation" definately goes a long way...I saw another post recently of a person whose doc put them in a "time out" which was basically returning to a full liquid all protein drink diet for like 2 weeks then meeting back with the doc for another assessment - you should look for this post ( it was probably a week ago?) might be something to consider, should run it by your doc before going all out that long on just liquids though - I personally have done this on a single day basis to get myself back in control...
Was the binge one long graze fest...if so I would suggest to put a big glass of crystal light in your hand or at least drink the milk 1st and than water and then see if you still want to put food in too...I have really noticed that I graze the worst when I have not been drinking enough - I know this is because I still don't always know when my body is saying thirsty vs. hungry, I'm better now than I used to be but still working on this skill and probably part of your urge to keep putting something in your mouth could be satisfied by drinking (just choose water or crystal light to keep the cals and sugar down)... Meal food choices for yesterday seem okay, don't really need to tell you its the "other" stuff you can do without... Keep tracking and posting, I'll be here with you letting it all hang out for the world to see... Alesia

I might have to start calling you "S S" for sexy Sheila, really love your haircut and photo Have you checked out any sites to help figure out how many cals a day to maintain...I went on one from another posting - you and I are about the same height, I'm 5'4 & 1/2" (yes I count the extra 1/2) and when I plugged in the numbers it said like 1550 to 1800 for me depending on how often I'm getting in exercise, I think this is pretty close, seems like since tracking I'm steady at around 1300-1500 and I'm maintaing pretty well in that range ( scales moves up a little/down a little daily) and I'm not always sure my cals in tracking are right on because I cannot alway find the specific item in fitday to match what I am really eating and I don't really measure I eyeball for amounts so I could be off, so I really think 1550 is probably about right for me to maintain... Would like to avoid the ...Doesn't happen often these days, which is OK with me, definately not good for the body and soul... Looks like your were craving that tex-mex taste, hence taco bell and doritos, got to watch out for those both way high in cals and carbs that you would be better off getting from more nutricious choices...
Take care - throw away the Dorito snack packs and plan tomorrows food tonight to avoid grabbing bad choices on the go... Alesia
