I'm usually very loyal to profect and drink one daily. In the new job my eating is getting sloppy and I'm trying to use some protei for snacks, etc -- back to basics!  Any new products that are canned/bottled and require no preparation out  there?  Ready to try something new.  Please help. Thanks,  Carol

For appetite control, whey is the best choice. While there are RTD's, I personally don't like them. too much volume, too many $$.

I use dried water bottles and make up several pre-loads in advance. I put 30g powdr in each, add water and shake, as needed. I keep a dozen in each car, bottled water and more on the shelf. If I'm out all day, I can literally add the water (3-4 oz) at one stop light, shake and have it down by the next. I need them to be well under $2 per 30g serving.

since I do 6 per day, it has to be easy.

I do one collagen per day in the early morning, but it's not a complete protein, so the whey drinks I have balance it out.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

I really like the EAS Carb Control RTDs.  The strawberry Cream and Cafe Caramel are so yummy!  World Wide makes some good ones too.  The EAS can be bought at most stores and I've seen the World Wide ones at Trader Joes.  If you have a Vitamin Shoppe near you, they sell a lot of different RTDs by one at a time so you can try them before you buy a lot.
