Hi Sher,
I know weekends are really the most challenging for me too...During the week at work it is easy to stay on program for the most part, on the weekends I tend to eat in a graze format, not bad choices just grabbing a bite here and a bite there all day long until dinner...As always, your food choices look great to me, work on the liquids if for no other reason than to help keep things "moving" in the right direction, if you get my drift...

Here goes Monday:
B - 3/4 c Wheat Chex w/2 T ground flax, 1 c ff milk, banana
S - 1 pack pb on wheat crackers, AchievONE
L - pb Power Crunch bar, sf Jell-O cup, O'Coco's, 5 sf Werthers
S - 7 Triscuits w/32 g squirt cheese, AchievONE
the last 3 sf Godiva chocolates from Mother's Day - thank God!!!!!
D - 3 oz salad w/2 T parm cheese, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie, 1/4 cantalope
S - 1 oz jalapeno cheese, 1 c cherries
Plus I had 65 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 12 oz diet cranberry juice, 10 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW, 27 oz green tea and instead of treading, I cleaned the house.
