Good Morning Everyone, How was your day on Monday?  Is everyone back on track?  I feel pretty good about what I ate on Monday, still slowing trimming out the carbs (hard to go cold turkey)... B - 2 protein balls S - 2 club crackers       4 oz lf cottage cheese       snak size sf jello L - 3 italian sausage stuffed mushrooms       1/2 cup caesar salad with 1/2 an ounce smoked almonds on top S - sf jello mint chocolate pudding       1 prune D - 1 grilled beer brat       1/2 cup green beans       1/4 homemade mac-n-cheese S - Chocolate/coconut Protein on the Go drink PLUS - 66 oz water/crystal light & 10 oz hot tea with protein caramel/vanilla creamer TOTALS =     Cals - 1269     Fat - 69     Carbs - 75     Protein - 97  Alesia

Hi Alesia, here is what i ate for monday. i think i did well.. maybe my piece of cornbread was too big but it was good .. lol.. guess what???? today the scale said 163 pounds. maybe it moved since i am drinking tons of water...... have a good day all... Anita

B- 1 c. kashi cinnamon harvest cereal   1 c.  1% milk L- 2  oz. tuna fish 1 T. kraft light mayo 1 slice pepperidge farms light style 7 grain bread  1 small Egg,  boiled 1  string cheese  S- 1 stick oh yeah cho/cho protein bar D- 1 c. homemade Chili b 1 square Cornbread, prepared from mix S- 1 peanut butter protein balls  1/2 c. sf peach jello

2 miles treadmill 16 oz def. coffee 16 oz. maralax water with crystal light 16 oz def hot tea 96 oz plain water calories 1217, fat  46, carbs 126, protein 76 I am captain of this ship............ grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr........................

WoooWhoo this is me do you hear me singing " do your dance, do your dance, quick mama" I think thats how that song "word up" goes...Anyway, Anita if its not the right song words thats okay cause I'm still singing and dancing on your behalf...Congrats on scale movement... Speaking or movements is the miralax helping with that, I've been looking at it as an alternative to MOM's for relief when needed... Great day Alesia

Alesia, Your weird... i like that.. sorry hun i dont know that song..... i think i heard the part of dancing before... that miralax does work. if i dont have it then i cant "GO".........  maybe tmi.... i wasnt sure to add that miralax water count to my normal water i drink. i guess i can huh.... i just got back from the normal medical dr. he said i look great. he hasnt seen me since my skin was cut off. his scale said 168 but i am going by my scale... plus with his scale i had on my clothes and shoes. so no worries here........ Well I had a good day yesterday.  It actually wasn't too difficult.  After a week and a half of free range eating, my stomach was sooo mad at me yesterday so I wasn't too hungry yesterday.  I'm back on track for now.  Like I said, I'm going to a wedding at the end of June so I need to be very good until then.  Hope everyone else is having a great day.  Here's how yesterday looked. B: 20 oz sugar free vanilla and caramel nonfat latte  (the people at starbucks are soooo confused.  They had my drink down, but now they have that sf caramel...) L: pork carnitas wrap - shredded pork, cheddar, onions, green peppers, black beans in a whole wheat tortilla S: 12oz passion fruit iced tea lemonade D: brazilian chicken (chicken cooked in a bunch of different spices), mashed potatoes, sliced tomato S: 2 south beach diet peanut butter cookies Calories -- 1148 Fat -- 29 Carbs -- 155 (15 fiber) Protein -- 72

Hey Kerri, Glad to hear the transition from "free range" to "fenced in" is going well ...Where's the wedding going to be? Do you have an awesome dress to display your beauty and outshine the bride, all picked out? Got to love that Starbucks confusion, the guys @ mine just pass me the cup and a pen - it's less stressful for all of us now that they've added another flavor choice, I like to mix it up alot...Have you tried the sf french vanilla and caramel or CDL with an added splash of caramel?, I hear we may get another new flavor by fall, wouldn't that just be awesome Nice food day...When I look at everyone's numbers, I can't help but compare, and I seem to be much higher in fat than most...Know from many conversations with the Nut that I should be shooting for 30% or less of my daily cals coming from fat, but I usually end up a bit higher (closer to 50%), doesn't seem to be affecting me negatively yet, I do periodically check it on the fat-meter at my gym and I'm still @ like 19-20% body fat but don't want to see this developing into a issue down the road, probably need to trim out some of that peanutbutter I love so much Thanks for letting me ramble...Have a great day...Alesia
