Hi Alesia, here is what i ate for monday. i think i did well.. maybe my piece of cornbread was too big but it was good .. lol.. guess what???? today the scale said 163 pounds. maybe it moved since i am drinking tons of water...... have a good day all... Anita
B- 1 c. kashi cinnamon harvest cereal 1 c. 1% milk L- 2 oz. tuna fish 1 T. kraft light mayo 1 slice pepperidge farms light style 7 grain bread 1 small Egg, boiled 1 string cheese S- 1 stick oh yeah cho/cho protein bar D- 1 c. homemade Chili b 1 square Cornbread, prepared from mix S- 1 peanut butter protein balls 1/2 c. sf peach jello
2 miles treadmill 16 oz def. coffee 16 oz. maralax water with crystal light 16 oz def hot tea 96 oz plain water calories 1217, fat 46, carbs 126, protein 76 I am captain of this ship............ grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr........................
