Hey all...
I'm trying to stay on track w/my food. I've been doing really bad lately. So, maybe if I start posting this again (like i used to like a year ago), then maybe I'll do better... Accountability is key for me.
B: instant oatmeal w/splenda
S: 2.5 butter rice cakes (all that's left in the bag lol)
L: Lean Cuisine (potstickers mmmm!)
S: 100 calorie mini bag popcorn
D: ??? not sure, have a date, so who knows? I'll try to eat healthy tho
Beverages:
decaf w/skim and sf chocolate syrup
diet oceanspray (this stuff rocks the casba!)
water

I can't believe I forgot to eat dinner, I was so wrapped up in my work at home that I forgot. I have to be better about that. I do that more often then I would like... I know I will have to eat good proteins in the morning
