Hey all... I'm trying to stay on track w/my food. I've been doing really bad lately. So, maybe if I start posting this again (like i used to like a year ago), then maybe I'll do better... Accountability is key for me. B: instant oatmeal w/splenda S: 2.5 butter rice cakes (all that's left in the bag lol) L: Lean Cuisine (potstickers mmmm!) S: 100 calorie mini bag popcorn D: ??? not sure, have a date, so who knows? I'll try to eat healthy tho Beverages: decaf w/skim and sf chocolate syrup diet oceanspray (this stuff rocks the casba!) water Now, your turn!

Okay...  I had  B:  Light and fit yougurt S: PB crackers L: roasted potatoes w/ broccoli and cheese s: Cheeze its D. OMG i forgot to eat! Bevs 2 Ice Sugar Free Vanilla Lattes (My new addiction)...lol 64 oz of green tea I can't believe I forgot to eat dinner, I was so wrapped up in my work at home that I forgot.  I have to be better about that.  I do that more often then I would like...
