Out of Control

Thanks. I read your story in People a couple of months ago. A friend actually pointed it out to me. Hey, I spend money like a fiend too and am constantly out of cash even though I earn a great living and shouldn't. I saw the pictures of your Louis Vuittons....I have two for sale on eBay right now. I DO NOT need $1000 purses nor can I afford them. I think it's a matter of perspective and as far as the spending goes, I've been getting better about that. I was in TJ Maxx the other night, honestly shopping for a sports bra that I genuinely needed, and I saw  a beautiful skirt in black and white, in my (now) size, and it was only $19.00! Then I thought, I already HAVE two almost just like it in my friggin' closet! But, I went out last night to a singles dinner and I dran****d tea. Everyone else was having wine and martinis and I abstained. I still enjoyed myself and I feel better about myself this morning. One day at a time. -=db=-

That's right! One day at a time. Be AWARE and don't go into a store without a list.  There are temptations everywhere, but we can overcome them if we continue to accept our addictive personalities.  Much love and blessings!
