Just click on the link above, key in your height/weight/age/activity level, and it will estimate this for you.
According to the results, I am taking in a lot more calories than I thought, ahem. I need to start tracking again! No wonder I've been fiddling with the same 10 pounds over and over. I need to cut back about 500 calories per day (to get back into LOSING mode).

Cool. That was fun. Of course, according to the site, my medical ideal weight is substantially lower than my current weight....but if I actually weighed 121 pounds I would look awful! I have been down about ten pounds from where I am now (165) and my husband was very concerned. I look at the pictures and I look like death warmed over. But then again, my before picture is not any better!

I need 1701 calories to maintain, and it says I am only 2lbs overweight, so I still want to lose about 10. I now am going to track my calories and see if I can't up my protein and lower the calorie intake.
