i miss alesia alot too. where is she? i am doing terrible with my foods.. breads, cookies....
kind of mad at myself i guess its my own fault. last Sunday i was 163 pounds and today the scale said 168 pounds. could i have gained all that in a week? yes i have been eating some bread and cookies... i know .. bad bad....
as of today i have to be strict with myself again.i don't like this. can you all help me??? what i do all protein shakes... and no food????????? Anita
girl. I tried drinking just protien shakes and just protien bars, but i get so hungry I ended up eating something else, then I actually for the first time gained 2 pounds.. freaked me out.. Im still ok only weigh 150 but still, I cant continue this way.. Im scared reallly bad..
I think Alesia went on a business trip, but im not sure... I hope she is doing ok.. Sorry to hear ur having problems too Hopefully this week we can both do better..

how many? I need my shorts to fit better so I've done 1.5 up to 4 bars per day (high protein, less than 5g carbs) and 6 protein drinks (30g each, less than 5g carbs) made with water. And LOTS of water.
I've lost 7#. It actually gets easier because now I'm not making choices about food. I've kinda lost interest.

my body fortress both cho and vanilla is 110 calories for 1 serving and i use water. the carbs is 2 and the protein is 23 . i am waiting my half hour to drink since i just had supper. so i was planning on having a bottle of water. since so far i have 48 oz of water but i like to drink more than that. i have had one snack today and that was one stick of an oh yeah protein bar. its so hard to do what is right but today is a new day for me so i want to start our fresh. how much calories is your protein shake?
Wow, so not enough food or protein!
Mine are usually about 150-160 cal (I have 3 different ones I like), 30g protein. 2 are 0g sugars (which is all I count) and the others is like 2.5. With water. I do 6, so 180g. Not suggesting you do 6, just do 4. 1.5 scoops, so you get closer to 30g.
I usually do them before a meal, say, 15-30 minutes before to dull my appetite. Currently, just for this moment, tho, I'm just doing a bar or half-bar. I'm using Pure Protein S'mores; Supreme (tastes like 100,000 bar); Rockin' Roll (think payday). So, any combination of halves of those. I'm guessing I'm still getting close to 900 cal in bars, all together and less than 10g carbs. I don't count the protein shakes for anything "against" me, since my history is to lose wt when drinking more of them.
I actually don't recommend going so long as I have without fiber/veggies/nuts/grains/seeds, but I have a deadline here! LOL
all these years, minus milk & sugar, I've eaten fairly normal foods. My snacks might seem bizarre to some ppl (apple slices & celery + PB?), but I usually do 2 meal like things and 2 snack like things and my 6 shakes. Until I jumped into bed with sugar

so far my calories are 987, fat 35, carb 83, protein 86. i did have one protein drink with water. i was doing my treadmill till it stopped i was almost done with my 2 miles. i think it got over heated since i was going 3.5 mph and just have to reset the thingy on it. so do you count food calories seperate from your protein drink calories? so the more drinking you will loose wt is what your saying? sometimes i like for a snack is an apple with peanut butter. i do like celery and peanut butter . just dont have celery in the house right now.

I do the 6 drinks, 30g each (negligble carbs). Don't count that as water, either. Water is water, so 64 oz+.
Never counted the protein calories at all. Our bodies are like sponges, in that we are "dry" for protein. So, everything that goes in there is used, put to work.
Sugar is more like my being a soaked, dripping sponge. Any single g of sugar I add goes right into overflow, or more precisely, my BUTT. Lips to hips, no digestion required since absorption begins the moiuth.
When I finally did count food calories, they ran around 900 or so.
Only last week I ran myself on fit day. First time that I did it, honing for accuracy. BUT now that I am doing JUST protein for another few days, you wouldn't want to match me. I'm doing the 6 drinks (180g) and 2.5 or 3 bars a day divvied up into 4 "meals". That's all and it's not what I'd recommend for anyone else. And I won't be doing it for long.
