Margaret, Good luck on your support group.  I started one in Jan 07 and it has been amazing.  Have you taken the OH leadership training.  It is great information on all kinds of surgery.   good luck, darlene

I'll definately let you know when I find a bigger/ more accomadating space. A few of us are getting together at my house next weekend to chat about surgery and weightloss. It should be refreshing since I've had surgery over 4 years ago, it feels like I forgot everything about how and what to eat.

I am in New Bedford, I stopped going to my support group at Newton Wellesley since it seemed to be only around pre and up to 1 yr post-op. I would LOVE to be part of a group of grads!!!!

I'm in Mass too.  I just looked it up on Mapquest, and it would take me over an hour and 15 minutes to get there, so we'll have to see.   Great idea though!
