Wow, it dark outside and this computer screen is really bright, but here I am posting yesterdays food before I roll out on my business trip, got to be there early and its a 2 hour drive...Slept kinda restless last night so thought I would come on out and post now instead of just laying in  another 1/2 hour... Want to thank everyone for continuing to encourage me on my quest to keep it to complex carbs and no real sugar...This is one of the things I love  about OH, y'all are the best, you tell it like it is and are a wonderful support structure too...THANK YOU for being there for me... B - 10 oz chocolate/banana/coffee protein frappachino S - 4 oz lf cottage cheese       snak size sf jello L - 3 oz baked lemon/butter chicken       1/2 cup caesar salad S - 1/4 a piece of dehydrated pineapple D - 1 country sausage link about 4" x1"        1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms/peppers/onions S - 1 medium banana with 2 tbsp peanut butter and added fiber PLUS - 60 oz water/crystal light TOTALS  =   Cals - 1064     Fat - 51     Carbs - 87     Protein - 74 Here I've been telling several people on the board that they need to eat more to keep there bodies from going into starvation and yesterday did not look so good, as far as amounts go , was too busy at work trying to clear my desk and did not pay good attention to eating or drinking - got to get back on track today, know my liquids will be much better, always are in the car, now just to get in a little more food Have a great day, I will be logging in from Wilmington later today to check in on you all... i love posting with you.. u are always so encouraging. even when i do not so good, u always have the right words to help me do better... you are doing everyone a great service and I really appreciate you.. ty. aso your doing great, dont beat urself up, youl do better today.. on that note heres my non stop eating day...I dont know if its all the stomach meds they put me on or what, but i cant quit eating for some reason.

B- 1 protien shake 48 grams pro made with skim milk and a latte sf fv nf S-banana small L- low carb pizza ( threw it up) never settled right S-low carb protien bar 20 gr pro S- 2 cups popcorn D-half of a 6 inch low carb tortilla, 1/4 cup of turkey meat w/ taco seasoning and cheddar melted on top, and a tbls sour cream S-10 saltine carackers and 1 inch cheddar cheese S-one cup sf chocolate pudding w/ protien powder added i feel like mrs pac man eating eating eating lol  im gonna try harder today..

Hi Alesia and all, How are you all today? here is what i had yesterday...... i was good i think.... lol.... B- 1 c. oatmeal 1 T. raisins 1/2 c. skim milk L- 3 oz chicken 1/4 c. homemade potato salad 1/2 c. pork and beans S- south beach 1oo cal. cho. delight D- 3 oz pork chop 1/2 c, peas  1/2 c. applesauce S- 1 oh yeah cho./ pb protein bar total calories 1235, fat 44, carbs 121, protein 90 16 oz def. coffee 16 oz hot def. tea 116 plain water.... good day...... exercise-2 miles treadmill Anita

Hi, Alesia!  I hope your business trip goes well!  It should be beautiful in Wilmington!! B - 1 c Cheerios w/2 T ground flaxseed, 1 c ff milk, banana S - nsa blueberry yogurt, AchievONE L - pb Power Crunch bar, sf Jell-O cup, 1/4 cantalope, 5 sf Werthers, 1 pack O'Coco's S - 7 Triscuits w/32 g squirt cheese, AchievONE, sf fudgie D - leftover fried rice from Myabi's w/veggies, grilled asparagus, yellow squash and zucchini, sf Jell-O cup w/ff RW, sf fudgie S - 1 1/2 c nsa vanilla ice cream w/1 c strawberries and ff RW Plus I had 64 oz water, 16 oz half decaf coffee, 16 oz green tea, 12 oz cf Diet Coke, 12 oz diet Peach soda, 16 oz sf hot cocoa w/ff RW.  Instead of treading, I cleaned the house and ironed.

UH-OH, for 4 days in a row now I haven't been eating. I'm getting in all my fluids, one protein shake, and part of one meal a day. Yesterday I had 112 fl. oz. 1/2 of a Wendy's chili protein shake 197  13  1.5  30   I promise to myself to get it together for tomorrow ( today has been about the same). I guess seeing it in my food journal really lets me know I'm getting in a slump. Three square meals tomorrow for sure. Best of luck to all of you.
